Hey there, Curious One! I realized that I have been doing a lot of YA and Fantasy talks recently, so I decided to do a mystery/suspense Curiosity! A few weeks ago, I ran into this book while browsing on Amazon it surprisingly sparked my inner curiosity. I typically go for longer reads that take a few days or a week to get done, but this one wasn’t too bad. Written by NC Marshall, See You Soon is categorized as a gripping psychological thriller. The question I have for you is…did it grip you?

Hey, Curious One! Dale Mayer has quickly become one of my new favorite paranormal/suspense authors! Her writing style is almost perfect and drew me in immediately with Tuesday’s Child! Today I’m writing about a book I just finished. It was originally published in 2011 and the series has grown to at least 16 novels. I deeply enjoy a series that is comprised of standalone novels which are all elegantly connected. I haven’t read the other books yet, but I hope they are as good as her first novel in the series!
The novel grips you from the first page. It begins with the main protagonist Samantha Blair. She is being held down by “phantom restraints” as it is revealed that this is not the first time it has happened to her.

I read this next book about a year ago now. I fell in love with not only the characters and world within the book, but the writing style as well! Initially, I planned on doing a quick skim of the pages just to get back into the zone of what was going on and then writing discussing it with you. However, I couldn’t skim! I love this book SO much that I ended up reading it all again, word-for-word! The book I am talking about is called The Chain, written by Adrian McKinty. I am going to do my best to keep this shorter than my previous curiosities because there has to be some mystery left. You MUST find this book Curious One!
First off, it is divided into two parts. All the Lost Girls and the Monster in the Labyrinth. Naturally, I will begin with part one.
